Avi Strauss

Avi is a law clerk in the Business Law department at Goodwin. He joined the firm in 2024. Avi’s application to the New York bar is pending; he is working under the supervision of the partners at Goodwin.

Prior to attending law school, Avi worked in healthcare consulting, where he advised clients on substantive matters and risks related to mergers and acquisitions in the healthcare and life sciences industries. His expertise includes Medicaid coverage and reimbursement policies, provider licensing regulations, workers’ compensation, and commercial insurance market research.

While in law school, Avi served as a Notes & Articles Editor on Fordham’s Intellectual Property Law Journal.
