Alexandra E. Summa is an associate in Goodwin’s Technology and Life Sciences groups, where she advises emerging growth companies, venture capital funds, and institutional investors on a broad range of corporate matters. Her practice includes venture capital and growth equity financings, secondary transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general corporate counseling. Alexandra works with clients across the technology and life sciences sectors at every stage of the corporate lifecycle, from formation through exit.

Professional Experience

While attending law school, Alexandra was a member of the Tulane Law Review. Alexandra also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Karoline Mehalchick of the US District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and for the Honorable Jane Triche Milazzo of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
