Rahat Tariq is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of the ERISA & Executive Compensation practice. Ms. Tariq advises both public and private clients across several industries on executive compensation, employee benefits, securities, tax and corporate governance matters in connection with mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, financings, initial public offerings and other corporate transactions. In addition, she advises employers and executives in the negotiation, design and implementation of employment, severance, change in control, deferred compensation, equity and other incentive compensation plans and arrangements.
