Pete Terreri

Pete Terreri is an associate in Goodwin’s Healthcare practice. Pete advises physician practices, health care facilities, health systems, pharmacies, pharmaceutical and device manufacturers, distributors and suppliers, private equity funds, and other healthcare and life sciences companies on health care regulatory and transactional matters. Pete’s practice includes counseling on state and federal fraud and abuse laws, fee-splitting restrictions, corporate practice of medicine considerations, licensing, pharmacy laws, reimbursement matters, state and federal investigations, and health information privacy and security concerns, among other health care issues.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Pete was an associate at Reed Smith. Before law school, he was a practicing pharmacist and district supervisor at a national retail pharmacy chain.
