Martin is an associate in Goodwin’s Private Investment Funds practice.
Martin specializes in investment funds and regulatory matters. He advises clients, including private equity firms and other asset managers, on all legal and regulatory matters relating to the structuring, formation, fund raising, and operation of regulated and non-regulated investment funds.
Prior to joining Goodwin, Martin worked at several asset management companies and law firms in Paris.
