Edward Twohig

Edward (Ed) Twohig is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of Goodwin’s nationally recognized Life Sciences group. He joined the firm’s Boston office in 2026.

Ed is a member of the Boston Bar Association.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Ed was corporate counsel at PureTech Health, a Boston-based hub-and-spoke biotherapeutics company. Prior to law school, he worked in investor relations for a Boston-area orthopedic medicines company.

While in law school, Ed served as chief managing editor of the Suffolk Transnational Law Review and was a member of Suffolk Law’s Irving R. Kaufman Memorial Securities Law Moot Court Team. He graduated with a concentration in business law and financial services, awarded with distinction.
