Elaine Ventola rejoined Goodwin in 2020 as the Firm’s Director of Career Coaching. In this role, she is responsible for launching a Career Coaching office to provide confidential coaching to firm attorneys, senior professional staff, and alumni to support goals and performance, addressing a variety of topics, including but not limited to career planning and management, team leadership, productivity, effective communication and navigating career transitions. Prior to joining Goodwin, Ms. Ventola served as an Executive Coach to lawyers with Naomi Beard & Associates and prior to that, as an Assistant Director of J.D. Advising at Harvard Law School, where she counseled law students and alumni on career planning and job search strategies. Ms. Ventola was an Associate in Goodwin’s Labor & Employment group from 1996 to 1999 and then worked at the Firm as the Senior Manager of Training from 1999 to 2001. Ms. Ventola is a certified and credentialed coach with the International Coaching Federation and MentorCoach, LLC.
