Hannah Vigil is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of its Private Equity practice. She joined Goodwin in 2020.

Hannah worked as a summer law clerk to the Honorable Michael W. Fitzgerald in the United States District Court for the Central District of California. While attending law school, Hannah worked as a fintech research assistant to Professor Saule Omarova and in the legal department of a large nutrition company.

While in law school, Hannah received CALI awards in In-House Counsel and in Investment Funds. Hannah was an editor of the Cornell Law School Journal of Law and Public Policy and serves on the Cornell Law Young Professionals Alumni Association.
