Lula Weldekidan

Lula is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of its Life Sciences group, focusing on Capital Markets. Lula represents public pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies in a broad range of capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, and private placements. She also advises clients in connection with a variety of general corporate matters, including securities law matters, annual meetings and proxy statements, and ongoing reporting obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
