EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Goodwin, Erin has been working in the legal industry at AmLaw 100 firms to support the retention, development, and promotion of attorneys and professional staff from groups that have been historically marginalized. Erin earned her B.A. from Elon University in Elon, NC and her M.A. from The George Washington University in Washington, DC.
PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES
Erin is a member of the Association for Law Firm Diversity (ALFD) and sits on the annual conference planning committee. She is also an active member of the diversity and inclusion section of the NALP. She also serves as a committee member for the Meg Graham scholarship, a service and leadership scholarship, through the Junior League of Washington. She is also an Elon Black Alumni Board member.
