Carl Windrup

Carl Windrup is an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law department and a member of its Private Equity group and Debt Finance legal practice area. 

Carl joined Goodwin in 2022.

Carl has acted for sponsors, general partners, funds, banks, and non-bank lenders on a range of financings across the fund finance sector. Carl’s practice includes advising on subscription line, net asset value (NAV), and hybrid facilities, management and co-investment liquidity lines, umbrella facilities and managed account financings. 

He has advised clients across a number of sectors and asset classes, including private equity, real estate, debt, infrastructure, and secondaries transactions.

Carl is a member of the EMEA Diversity Committee for the Fund Finance Association, a non-profit industry association in the fund finance market.
