Sofia S. Wyman is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of its nationally recognized Life Sciences group. Sofia’s practice covers all phases of the corporate life cycle, including initial public offerings, with a focus on representing both public companies and investment banks in connection with a variety of capital markets transactions. Sofia also counsels clients on ongoing securities law compliance and corporate governance matters.

Professional Experience
During her time as a law student, Sofia worked as a student attorney and research assistant at the Georgetown Health Justice Alliance Law Clinic. She assisted residents of Washington, DC, in various pro bono matters and received both an award from the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and a CALI Award for Future Excellence for her advocacy skills.
Sofia also served as a judicial intern for Special Master Christian Moran at the United States Court of Federal Claims.
