Yifeng Yuan, an associate in the firm’s Technology group, concentrates in general corporate, merger & acquisitions and securities law and has experience in capital markets transactions, mergers & acquisitions, venture capital financings, SEC compliance and corporate governance. Yifeng has experience advising companies through different stage of the corporate life cycle, including private placements, mergers & acquisitions, public offerings, and general corporate governance. Yifeng joined Goodwin in 2021.
