Anna is an associate in Goodwin’s Intellectual Property Litigation department. Anna focuses her work on patent and trade secret litigation, particularly in the biopharmaceutical and software industries. She joined Goodwin in 2022.
Experience
Some of Anna’s recent engagements include:
- In re Lumify (D.N.J.): Representing Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories in litigation related to the product Lumify, including defeating a preliminary injunction motion
- Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories S.A. v. Eye Therapies, LLC (P.T.A.B.): Representing petitioners in three IPRs related to eye drop formulations
- Representing a software company in patent infringement and trade secret litigation (D. Mass., M.D. Fla., P.T.A.B.)
- Represented a biotechnology company in a trade secret misappropriation involving allosteric drug discovery (N.D. Cal.)
Professional Experience
Prior to law school, Anna worked in the Formulation Development Group at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals. She has extensive experience developing formulations for monoclonal antibodies, fusion proteins, bispecific antibodies, and combination protein products, spanning the ophthalmology, oncology, and infectious diseases therapeutic areas. She supported formulation and process development for molecules in all phases of clinical development and for a variety of different delivery devices.
During law school, Anna served as the Senior Notes and Articles Editor for the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal. She was also the Alumni Editor for Fordham Law Moot Court Board.
