Vincent Zhou is a counsel in the firm's Business Law department and Private Equity group. Vincent’s practice focuses on private equity and corporate M&A transactions, representing both global and regional (Pan-Asia) private equity funds, public companies, Chinese state-owned enterprises, “unicorn” and growth companies, venture capital funds and various other institutional investors.
