Summary

The Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition is an annual event honoring Saul Lefkowitz, whose distinguished career was dedicated to the development of trademark and unfair competition law.

The competition introduces law students to important issues arising in U.S. trademark and unfair competition law. Students develop their brief writing and oral advocacy skills in a mock courtroom experience.

The competition is open to teams of students from U.S. accredited law schools. Approximately 60 teams participate each year.

Goodwin Procter counsel Jessica Rothstein is currently acting as the Eastern Regional Coordinator for the Oral Hearings for the INTA Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition in New York in February.
