The Diversity & Flexibility Alliance will hold its inaugural Flex Success Institute, a leadership program specifically designed for Senior Associates, Of Counsel, and Junior Partners working a flex or reduced hours schedule. As a Flex Success Award honoree, Goodwin Procter partner Elaine Herrmann Blais will speak during the "Share Your Story" lunch panel.
