At the Board Leaders Breakfast Meeting, Florian Zeka of KPMG, a consultant expert on developing defenses against short attacks, will join Carl Metzger, a Partner at Goodwin Procter, to discuss and provide advice to directors in the event that their companies and their boards become the victim of a short attack and/or negative media coverage that may result from a disgruntled employee or customer or specific criticism about the performance of the Board from shareholder activists.
