Summary
MCLE New England will be hosting the 19th Annual New England Estate Planning Conference which will include Probate and Family Court judges, fellow estate planning practitioners, fiduciary litigators, and expert trust and estate administers. There will be three separate tracks offered, allowing attendees to shape the agenda to match their practice needs, Estate Planning, Trust and Estate Administration, and Fiduciary Litigation. Each track will discuss key issues, new developments, court trends, and practice tips that attendees need to know about for the coming year. Goodwin's Eric Hayes will be co-chairing and speaking at this conference.
