New York State Bar Association Trial Practice Webinar Series: Openings and Closings

This program will provide practitioners with a unique opportunity to obtain insights from Bench and Bar on how to craft and present effective opening statements and closing arguments, including what to say and what not to say, avoiding and addressing objections, and the use of exhibits and evidence during openings and closings. The panel  is comprised of experienced practitioners and a dynamic Commercial Division judge.
