Summary
This BBA program will cover strategies for managing the scope and cost of large ediscovery projects. Practitioners will learn ways to apply their existing knowledge of traditional discovery practices, including project management skills and legal principles of relevance, scope, and undue burden, to cases involving substantial electronic discovery. We will also discuss the use of algorithm based technologies and other methodologies to limit the most expensive component of discovery – attorney review time.
