This Webinar will provide a general overview of the International Trade Commission, the types of litigations overseen there, and what to expect if/when you're involved with a case there. This discussion will cover the basics of ITC litigations, helping to familiarize attendees with the terminology, the ITC’s fast pace, and the ITC’s remedy.
