Summary

This year's IP Master Class will focus on four key areas of patent practice: the International Trade Commission, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, U.S. district courts, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. The unique virtual platform will provide networking opportunities throughout the day, including private and small-group video chats at virtual tables. UIC Law's IP Master Class Series presents annual comprehensive executive seminars on critical and emerging areas of IP law. These one-day, intensive CLE programs accept limited enrollment to maximize participant interaction with our expert faculty from around the country. Elaine Blais will be a featured speaker on the District Courts Practice panel.
