Recent Developments in Israeli Privacy Law

In advance of the American Intellectual Property Law Association’s Annual Meeting, AIPLA’s Israel Committee (chaired by Frederick Rein) and AIPLA’s Privacy and Data Security Committee are jointly hosting an online program on Israeli privacy law.

A Goodwin partner will moderate the substantive portion of the event featuring Omer Tene ("Overview of Israel’s Data Protection Law”), Dan Or-Hof ("Enforcement and the Unique Approach of the Israeli Privacy Authority”) and Limor Shmerling Magazanik ("Coronavirus-related Issues in View of Israel’s Privacy Law”).

Joel Beider of AIPLA’s Israel Committee and Allison Gaul of AIPLA’s Privacy and Data Security Committee will deliver, respectively, opening and closing remarks.
