Employment Associate — Mid/Senior-Level
Goodwin seeks a highly qualified mid-level or senior associate to join our Employment Practice. The ideal candidate will have significant experience working on employment-related aspects of corporate transactions, drafting executive compensation/employment agreements, separation agreements and restrictive covenant agreements (i.e., noncompete, nonsolicitation, non-interference) and related expertise in counseling clients on a wide range of employment-related issues. In addition, restrictive covenant and/or employment litigation experience is a plus but not essential.
Candidates applying for associate positions with Goodwin should have outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm experience. Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required.
