Labor & Employment Associate – Mid-Level/Senior
Goodwin Procter seeks a highly qualified mid-level or senior associate to join our Labor & Employment group. The ideal candidate will have exclusively management-side employment law experience, including substantial work advising clients on employment-related aspects of mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions, drafting employments and policies, providing counseling advice to clients regarding day-to-day employment issues, and litigating employment or employee mobility disputes. Excellent writing and advocacy skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with internal and external clients are required.
Candidates applying for associate positions with Goodwin should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. CA bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required.
