Navigating Proptech Investments and Strategies in a Unique Environment

October 2023

The real estate industry is in a very different place from where it was just a couple of years ago, with interest rate increases and demand for office space just some of the factors creating a significant change in fortunes for many. How has this transformation across the industry affected the rapidly evolving proptech ecosystem and is it still possible to adapt and thrive during this period of adjustment. We were joined by Gregor Watson of 1Sharpe Capital, KP Reddy of Shadow Ventures and Pat Kinsel of Proof for a dynamic and enlightening session where they gave valuable insights into navigating proptech investments and strategies during these challenging times.
