BOSTON, October 16, 2003 – Goodwin Procter LLP today announced the addition of Joseph F. Yenouskas to its Washington, D.C. office.
Yenouskas’ practice focuses on defending mortgage lenders and other financial institutions in nationwide consumer class actions. In addition, Yenouskas has litigated cases arising under TILA, RESPA and similar regulatory lending statutes. Yenouskas will be a member of the firm’s Consumer Financial Services Litigation Practice. Yenouskas joins the firm from the Northern Virginia office of Morgan Lewis & Bockius.
Yenouskas earned his JD from The George Washington University National Law Center.
