Bradley A. Bugdanowitz Joins Goodwin Procter

BOSTON, June 23, 2008 – Goodwin Procter announced today that Bradley A. Bugdanowitz has joined the firm as a partner in the Business Law Department. He will be resident in the San Francisco office. His practice focuses on private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and representation of growth companies.

“Brad represents a variety of public and private companies as well as private equity funds, which dovetails nicely with Goodwin Procter’s strategic areas of focus,” said Paul Churchill, chair of Goodwin Procter’s San Francisco office. “The breadth of his experience in private equity, technology, venture capital and mergers and acquisitions will be a tremendous asset as we serve clients in California and throughout the nation.”

Previously, Bugdanowitz was a partner in Latham & Watkins’ San Francisco office, where he was a member of the firm’s Corporate Department. Admitted to the bar in California, Bugdanowitz received his B.A. from the University of California in Santa Cruz and his J.D. from the University of Chicago.
