Goodwin Procter Ranks High on Bloomberg’s Latest Global Legal Adviser League Tables

Goodwin Procter has once again ranked as one of the most active law firms advising on U.S. and global equity offerings on Bloomberg’s Q2 2011 Global Legal Adviser League Tables. The firm ranked in the top 10 in three categories based on number of deals.

Goodwin again ranked in the top 10 for U.S. equity offerings on the manager side, jumping from 10^th in Q1 to fifth. On the issuer side for U.S. equity offerings, Goodwin ranked ninth. In the first half of 2011, Goodwin advised the issuer or underwriter in 29 U.S. equity offerings.

The firm also ranked in the top 10 for global equity manager representation, placing seventh with 20 deals completed.
