Goodwin Procter attorneys recently advised Insight Venture Partners, a venture capital and private equity firm, in its Series E investment in Tintri, Inc., a producer of storage for virtualization and cloud environments. The $75 million financing was led by Insight Venture Partners, with participation from existing investors Lightspeed Venture, Menlo Ventures and NEA. Tintri has raised $135 million through all rounds of funding.
