Goodwin Procter Advises Flurry on Sale to Yahoo

Goodwin attorneys recently advised Flurry on its sale to Yahoo. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions. Terms were not disclosed.

Flurry is a leader in mobile analytics and sees activity from more than 540,000 smartphone and tablet apps on over 1.4 billion devices worldwide, giving the company the deepest understanding of mobile consumer behavior. Flurry has turned this knowledge into accelerated revenue and growth opportunities for app developers, and an effective, measurable advertising channel for marketers to engage their audiences on mobile devices. Flurry, started in 2005, is headquartered in San Francisco and has offices in New York, London, Chicago and Mumbai.

The deal team was led by partners Larry Chu and Anthony McCusker and included associate Jacqueline Dumais. Partners Lynda Galligan and Kelsey Lemaster also provided assistance.
