Goodwin represented Charlesbank Capital Partners and Webster Capital in connection with the acquisition and ultimate sale of FullBeauty Brands (formerly OneStopPlus.com), which was named the 2016 Large Market Deal of the Year Award by Buyouts magazine.
After acquiring the company in 2013, Charlesbank Capital Partners and Webster Capital closed its sale of FullBeauty Brands Holdings Corp. and its subsidiaries in October of 2015 through a reverse triangular merger to a buyer corporation formed by Apax Partners LLP.
