The Frankfurt team represented KanAm Grund in its acquisition of Campus E in Munich from BlackRock. The property, located on Georg-Brauchle-Ring 64-66, comprises one office building which is mainly occupied by the City of Munich. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
KanAm Grund was founded in 2000 and is the first private real estate investment company in Germany. The firm focuses on office, retail and hotel transactions in Europe and North America.
