KG on the sale of a logistics center to TH Real Estate and Palmira Capital Partners through an asset deal. The seller is a joint venture between MP Holding GmbH and ISARKIES Wohn and Gewerbegrund GmbH & Co. KG. The cold storage logistics center is located in the industrial area of Ginsheim-Gustavsburg and has excellent links to the main cities around Frankfurt and the airport.
MP Holding GmbH is a project development firm focused on property search, individual consulting and rental of finished, turnkey properties across Germany.
Gewerbegrund GmbH is a commercial real estate firm focused on numerous projects in the Munich area.
