Goodwin’s Paris office was named Best Law Firm of the Year by Private Equity Magazine at its annual Les Grands Prix de Private Equity Magazine awards ceremony on April 9. Private Equity partners Jérôme Jouhanneaud and Arnaud Fromion accepted the award on the firm’s behalf.
With more than 500 private equity and corporate professional in attendance, the publication celebrated its 13th year of determining leaders in private equity. Winners were selected after an analysis of business activity and deal quality throughout 2017. A jury panel of 23 professionals from across the deal landscape, including funds, investment companies and professional services, chose the winners for 14 award categories.
