The Hong Kong Private Equity team advised LionRock Capital Limited and funds managed on its acquisition of International Sports Capital S.p.A., which holds 31.05% shares in FC Internazionale Milano S.p.A. from International Sports Capital HK Limited, a company controlled by Erick Thohir. Upon closing, LionRock Capital became the new minority shareholder in Inter Milan.
