VCs Push Startups to Go Public Through Direct Listing (Cheddar)

More venture capitalists are pushing the startups they're invested in to go public through a direct listing. The last two notable companies to go public through this process were Slack and Spotify. A co-chair of Goodwin's Capital Markets practice and partner in the firm’s Technology practice represents corporate clients on venture financings and M&A transactions.
