Andrea Murino, Nilda Isidro and PJ McCarthy Named to Law360’s Editorial Advisory Boards

Goodwin partners Andrea Murino, Nilda Isidro and PJ McCarthy have been named to Law360’s Editorial Advisory Boards for Competition, Cannabis and International Trade. Editorial Advisory Board members provide feedback on Law360's coverage of their field and use their experience and expertise to offer insights on how best to shape future coverage.

Murino, a partner and co-chair of Goodwin’s Antitrust and Competition group and Washington, DC office, was named to Law360’s Competition Editorial Advisory Board for the fifth time. Her practice focuses on securing clearances for proposed transactions from the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. Federal Trade Commission, state attorneys general, and international competition law enforcement agencies and her clients span industries ranging from healthcare to high technology. Murino has been recognized as a leading lawyer by The Legal 500 United States and Chambers USA and was named an Antitrust Law Trailblazer by The National Law Journal

Isidro, a partner in the firm’s Products Litigation and Counseling practice, Food and Healthy Living practice, and Cannabis practice, was named to Law360’s inaugural Cannabis Editorial Advisory Board. Isidro focuses her litigation practice on consumer products law, including mass torts and multi-district litigation and provides strategic counseling to a variety of businesses on issues including FDA and FTC regulatory compliance, product warranties, risk management and litigation avoidance. She has been recognized for excellence by The Legal 500 United States, named to the Under 40 Hot List by Benchmark Litigation, and was selected as the firm’s 2018 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Fellow.

McCarthy, a partner in Goodwin’s IP Litigation practice, was named to Law360’s International Trade Editorial Advisory Board. McCarthy is a first chair litigator specializing in complex technology disputes in fields such as computer, electronic, and mechanical arts, and has extensive experience representing clients in Section 337 Investigations at the International Trade Commission. He also handles a variety of District Court matters across the country and has argued at the Federal Circuit. McCarthy’s patent litigation work has garnered recognition from The Legal 500 United States and IAM Patent 1000, and he has been selected as one of DCA Live’s Rising Stars of Law.
