CyberSmart Raises £5.5 Million Series A

The London and Cambridge Technology team advised CyberSmart Ltd on the completion of its Series A funding round, raising £5,500,000. The round was led by IQ Capital, with participation from existing and new tech entrepreneur investors.

CyberSmart is a UK-based cyber security company that enables small to medium-sized businesses combat the threat of cyber-attacks and increasing regulation and has seen a revenue increase of 300 per cent over the past 12 months.

The Goodwin team was led by Adam Thatcher.
