Goodwin partner Jamie Fleckner has been named a 2020 BTI Client Service All-Star. The annual honor recognizes lawyers who demonstrate an unmatched dedication to their clients as well as the knowledge and skill to meet their varied needs.
Fleckner is a partner in Goodwin’s Financial Industry practice and Chair of its ERISA Litigation practice. He is known for his experience representing financial service providers and plan sponsors across the country in class actions, appeals, regulatory investigations, and arbitrations regarding the discharge of ERISA duties.
Fleckner has been recognized as a national leader in ERISA Litigation by Legal 500 US and Chambers USA, which referred to him as an “incredible litigator” and a “rare thought leader.” In 2019, Fleckner was named a Law360 MVP for Benefits.
The 2020 BTI Client Service All-Stars is based on interviews with more than 350 top legal decision makers at large organizations with $700 million or more in revenue. This year’s criteria focused on client engagement, time investment, lawyer savvy, unequivocal decision-making and the ability anticipate needs before problems arise.
