Natalie Martirossian Recognized by Los Angeles Business Journal’s Women of Influence 2021

Goodwin partner Natalie Martirossian has been named to the Los Angeles Business Journal’s (LABJ) Women of Influence 2021. The latest edition of the special supplement honors Los Angeles’ most influential female lawyers, as honorees were required to demonstrate exceptional skill, significant wins for their clients and a strong commitment to their communities.

Martirossian is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office, where she is a partner in the Technology group. Her representation of companies spans the entire corporate lifecycle, including pre-incorporation planning, general corporate representation and counseling, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, corporate governance, SEC compliance, and public company representation. Martirossian also works with venture capitalists in private stock offerings as well as investment banks in public stock offerings.

LABJ highlighted Martirossian as a key figure on several high-profile recent matters that demonstrate the strength and breadth of her practice. She was part of the Goodwin team advising Powered Brands on its upsized $240 million IPO, and also represented MyoKardia, Inc. in its $13.1 billion acquisition by Bristol Myers Squibb.
