The Silicon Valley Business Journal’s Women of Influence Awards has named Heidi Mayon to its 2021 class of honorees. The annual awards recognize the most influential women in Silicon Valley from across the private, public and nonprofit sectors. Mayon will be honored for her achievements at a ceremony on June 30.
Mayon is a partner in the firm's Technology and Life Sciences groups based in Silicon Valley, where she focuses her practice on all areas of corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on capital markets transactions. Mayon represents a full range of corporate clients on a wide variety of matters, including public company readiness, initial public offerings, complex capital markets transactions, corporate governance and advising boards of directors.
The American Lawyer recently named Mayon a Dealmaker of the Year for her work representing the underwriters in DoorDash’s $3.4 billion IPO. She was also named to Daily Journal’s 2021 list of Top Women Lawyers in California, which recognizes California-based women who have achieved significant victories for clients and are considered leaders in their respective fields.
