Spyce to be Acquired by sweetgreen

The Technology team advised Spyce in its acquisition by sweetgreen. The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close in Q3 of 2021. The Goodwin team was led by Jared Fine and John Egan and included Trey O'Callaghan, Sebastian Miao.
