Goodwin partner Lisa Haddad has been named a 2021 BTI M&A Client Service All-Star. This annual award honors lawyers who demonstrate an unmatched dedication to their clients as well as the knowledge and skill to meet their varied needs.
Haddad is a partner in and co-chair of the firm’s Public M&A / Corporate Governance practice. She is also a co-director of Goodwin’s Annual Directors Forum, an educational program designed for directors of public companies, and GOOD Directors, a pioneering leadership program focused on accelerating diversity in the boardroom. Haddad additionally serves as co-chair of Women@Goodwin, which actively supports the firm’s goals to attract, retain, develop and advance women at all stages of their careers.
She has been previously recognized for her work in Corporate Governance and Shareholder Activism: Advice to Boards by The Legal 500 United States, and was also named a leading lawyer by Chambers USA 2021 for her work in Corporate/M&A.
The BTI M&A Client Service All-Stars are selected on an unprompted basis from more than 350 legal decision makers at the world’s leading organizations, representing more than 15 industry segments. The interviews were conducted between March 20, 2020 and July 16, 2021, and the legal decision makers interviewed included general counsel/chief legal officers, direct reports to general counsel, and other legal decision makers from organizations with $1 billion or more in annual revenue.
