Based in the firm’s Los Angeles office, Connect CRE named Sung one of the top real estate lawyers in California. She is a partner in Goodwin’s Real Estate Industry group, as well as being involved with the firm’s Proptech and Propsci Initiatives. Her practice focuses on structuring, negotiating and closing complex commercial real estate and corporate transactions, including joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions, development, equity financings, mortgage and mezzanine financings, workouts, and leasing of industrial, multifamily, office, retail and hotel assets.

Ferguson was named a top Nationwide practitioner by Connect CRE for 2021. He is a partner in and global co-chair of Goodwin’s Real Estate Industry group, representing a wide range of clients across the real estate sector. He formerly served as co-chair of Goodwin’s Private Investment Funds practice. He possesses extensive experience advising clients on the formation of private investment funds, partnerships, joint ventures and other transaction structures, and in acquisition, financing, restructuring and disposition transactions. His experience in the private investment fund area includes debt and credit, infrastructure, real estate, asset-backed securities, private equity and hedge funds and funds-of-funds.
