Goodwin has added a capital markets expert as partner in its Silicon Valley office. Bryan Quinn, joins Goodwin's Technology practice, the firm announced Thursday. He advises clients on capital markets transactions, corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions issues, as well as initial public offerings and other capital and financial matters. "Goodwin combines strength across the board with emerging companies, public companies, financial institutions, banks that loan private equity, all put together through a global network," Quinn said. "I think that combination is pretty rare in the market.
