The Technology team advised Ivella on the completion of its $3.5 million seed round, which was led by Anthemis, Financial Venture Studio and Soma Capital. Other investors included Y Combinator, DoNotPay CEO Joshua Browder and Gumroad CEO Sahil Lavingia.
Ivella is a developer of banking and financial applications designed to help couples to split their expenses. Ivella will focus on products to support couples at any stage of their relationship, including joint accounts, credit products and joint investment products in the long-term.
The Goodwin team was led by Andrew Sparks.
