Reid Bagwell

Reid Bagwell is a partner in Goodwin’s Private Equity group and a member of its Debt Finance practice. He focuses on representing a diverse range of clients, including REITs, public companies, private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, and lenders, in connection with syndicated and private financing transactions. Mr. Bagwell joined Goodwin in 2016.
