Prior to law school, Mr. Boyle worked at Goodwin as a Litigation Case Assistant within the Boston office. As a case assistant, Mr. Boyle participated on and supported multiple case teams involved in various complex litigation matters including Intellectual Property, White Collar and Securities, Post Closing Disputes, Products Liability, Federal Investigations and ERISA Litigation. Additionally, provided support for an arbitration between two large biotech companies, and assisted with several pro bono matters. He attended and provided litigation support to attorneys and clients in the courtroom for three trials: Western Federal District of Missouri, Federal District of New Jersey (Newark), and Delaware Chancery Court (Wilmington). Additionally, he attended a preliminary injunction hearing for a patent infringement case in the Federal District of New Jersey (Camden).
During law school Mr. Boyle was a summer associate in Goodwin’s 2021 summer class. During the summer he worked within the Business Law Department on Private Equity, Real Estate, and Life Sciences deals. Additionally, Mr. Boyle served as a summer intern in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts for Magistrate Judge Marianne B. Bowler. He also serves as an editor for the of the Suffolk University School of Law Journal of Health and Biomedical Law.
